Recommend for a transient visit

Comfortable bed, convenient location, great amenities, with a clean and spacious room that included a tv and access to a fitness center makes this hotel a perfect choice for those on a quick trip wanting to explore nearby dining options and easily access local attractions.

Location: the hotel was really close to good places to eat, about 100 yards to the elevator, and the Firehouse Grill for dinner. Both rooms we booked were beautiful and big size with 2 Queen beds and a balcony, as for instance.

The room was very very clean good housekeeper the hotel within itself was beautiful pool and hot tub clean great stay would definitely recommend it to everyone worth the money

It was just a fine choice for a city trip in Blue Ash with value for price. I enjoyed the spacious room with a balcony, made for a real relaxing end to my day. Make sure to explore the nearby restaurants for quick bites.

Definitely not worth the price. Other hotels in the area were cheaper and had continental breakfasts.

I loved the spacious room with a balcony perfect for relaxing and the accommodating bistro staff who made my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't heated as expected, which was disappointing.

The place is newly decorated, the staff are incredibly nice and extremely polite.

The staff was great ! They were very friendly and helpful. Even the staff in the lobby Cafe gave great service, and the food was excellent. I would stay here again. It was about 12 miles from downtown, about 20 mins away. But the area was surrounded by shopping malls and good places to eat.

The rooms exhibit noticeable wear, with stains on carpets and furniture that detract from the overall comfort. Although the front desk staff provided helpful service, housekeeping's minimal efforts left much to be desired. The bar's limited hours felt misplaced, especially for travelers seeking relaxation after a long day. The grilled cheese enjoyed at the bistro was a good highlight .

Facility is clean, beds are comfortable. Location is not too far from Lindner family tennis center.

Coffee machine is rudimentary. Front desk staff are not very helpful and did not do what she promised. No safe in the hotel room to store valuables. When asking front desk staff to use those located at front desk, we were told there are no keys for the large safe for us to use. Front desk did not ask house keeping to make the sofa beds as requested even though we made the request soon after we checked and before house keeping staff went off duty at 4:00 pm. The elevator is way in the back of the hotel, which is not very convenient.

The hotel was in a marvellous and good position close enough to the Firehouse Grill for dinner and the cafe and good places to eat. It also was in the Cincinnati area.

The room was super spacious with a sofa bed, tv, and a private bathroom. Plus, it had air conditioning and a refrigerator. The indoor swimming pool and fitness center were handy for a workout. Clean and well-maintained, really enjoyed the stay.

Some amenities could use an upgrade. The ice machine on my floor was out of order, which caused a bit of inconvenience. The iron in the room felt outdated and less efficient for pressing clothes. While the courtyard provides a nice view, it could benefit from more greenery or decorative elements to enhance the ambiance.

I appreciated the spacious and clean lobby, with a friendly ambiance with easy access for seniors.

The dining options could be more extensive.
